Loan Amortization Program
invites you to use our free loan amortization program. Click on the
download graphic link and download the program or open it from its
current location.
Enter the loan amount, the interest rate as a percentage, the life in years of the loan, and the number of payments per year. Be sure to enter the interest rate as a percentage, eg. 7.775 and not as .07775. The calculations are extremely fast and occur as you enter the number of payments per year.
A printable amortization schedule shows in a window along side the entry fields. Be sure to enter the title of the loan before printing the schedule. The report may be directed to either LPT1 (nomally), LPT2, or to a file name REPORT.TXT.
